Nintendo Power Pad
The Nintendo Power Pad was an accessory for the Nintendo Entertainment System that made it’s US debut in 1988 after Nintendo bought the rights from Bandai. Bandai originally released the accessory controller in 1986 as the Family Trainer Pack for the Famicom system in Japan. Nintendo bundled the controller with a game called World Class Track Meet which was a bunch of Olympic-style mini games that took advantage of the Power Pad’s unique features.
