Drumstick
Do you remember running down to the convenience store to get a Drumstick when you were a child? No not a chicken drumstick, the ice cream treat! The premade ice cream cones were a waffle cone filled with vanilla ice cream, and chocolate shell with nuts sprinkled on top. The Nestle Drumstick also had an extra bit of chocolate at the bottom of the cone. Yum! The Drumstick was originally created in 1928 by I.C. Parker of The Drumstick Company, but its distribution peaked after being acquired by Nestle in 1991, which explains why we’re recollecting on this special ice cream treat. Now days the Drumstick comes in a variety of flavors to satisfy the taste of even the pickiest of kids.
